Directors and Management

	Mr Keith McKay BSc (Hons), FAusIMM Non-Executive Chairman Mr Keith McKay was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Glengarry on 26 August 2004 and was elected Chairman on the 22nd November 2004. Mr McKay is a geologist with over 30 years experience in the mining industry, including senior roles with several Australian and international companies. Mr McKay’s previous positions include Chairman of Gindalbie Metals Limited (1998 – 2005), Managing Director of Gallery Gold NL (1998–2003), Vice President of Battle Mountain (Australia) Inc (1985-1997), Director of Nuigini Mining Limited (1995–1997) and Managing Director of Duval Mining Australia Limited (1984-1985). He has an in depth knowledge of the mineral and corporate regimes in Australia, Africa and North America. Mr McKay has assembled and led teams responsible for the discovery of more than 3 million ounces of gold reserves including the Scott and Vera/Nancy lodes at Pajingo in NE Queensland and the Mupane deposit in Botswana. Mr McKay and Mr Richards have a track record of successful collaboration and worked closely together to discover the 2 to 3 million ounce, high-grade Vera/Nancy gold deposits and several small but highly profitable gold deposits in the Plutonic Greenstone Belt of central Western Australia.

	Mr David Richards BSc (Hons), MAIG, MAICD Managing Director Mr David Richards was appointed as Managing Director of Glengarry Resources Limited on 1st September 2003. Prior to this appointment he held the position of Exploration Manager. Mr Richards is a qualified geologist with a proven track record and many years experience in gold and base metals exploration ranging from project generation and grass roots exploration through to resource definition. David played a key role in the discovery of the plus 2 million ounce Vera/Nancy gold deposit in NE Queensland and the 100,000 ounce Triple P gold deposit in the Plutonic Greenstone belt of WA. These discoveries were made in close association with Mr Keith McKay when they worked together at Battle Mountain (Australia) Inc. Prior to his employment with Glengarry, David held the senior positions of Regional Exploration Manager, Australia and Chief Geologist New Projects, Australia with Auriongold Limited.

	Mr Bill Manning BA, LLB, FAICD Non-Executive Director Mr Manning was appointed as a Non-Executive Director on 10th March 2006. Mr Manning has been recognized as one of Australia's leading mining resource lawyers and has published a number of papers on the resources industry. He is currently the Chairman of the Asthma and Allergy Research Institute and has previously been a director of Wiluna Mines Limited (1985 - 1997), Australian Mining & Petroleum Law Association Limited (1988 - 1993), Queensland Cement Limited (1994 - 2003) and Cement Australia Limited (2003 - 2005).

	Mr Geoff Clifford BBus, FCPA, FCIS Non-Executive Director Mr Clifford was appointed as a Non-Executive Director on 22 August 2008. Mr Clifford is well respected in the resources industry and has extensive corporate knowledge and business skills. He has more than 30 years experience in senior accounting, finance, administration and company secretarial roles in the mining, retail and wholesale industries. Mr Clifford is currently a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed companies Atlas Iron Limited, Fox Resources Limited and RMA Energy Limited and is also the Vice President of the West Australian State Council of Chartered Secretaries Australia. Mr Clifford was previously a Non-Executive Director and consultant to Aztec Resources Limited (2005 - 2007) and former Chairman of Sino Gas and Energy Limited (2006 - 2008). Prior to this he was General Manager Administration and Company Secretary of Portman Limited (1997 - 2005).

	Mr Geoff James BBus, CA, ACIS Company Secretary/Chief Financial Officer Mr Geoff James was appointed as Company Secretary on 19th March 2007. Mr James is a Chartered Accountant and a member of Chartered Secretaries Australia. He has approximately 20 years experience and was previously the Group Financial Accountant with Clough Limited which is one of Australia’s largest multi-disciplinary engineering and construction groups operating globally in sectors such as oil and gas, minerals, infrastructure and property. Mr James is a fulltime appointment and he will also assume the role of Chief Financial Officer.

	Mr Kevin Seymour BSc MAusIMM Exploration Manager Mr Kevin Seymour was appointed as Exploration Manager of Glengarry Resources Limited on 1st September 2004. Kevin is a qualified geologist with 20 years experience in gold exploration including project generation and grass roots exploration through to resource definition. Kevin was responsible for the discovery and delineation of the Mulgarrie, Iguana, Lizard and Chameleon gold deposits in the Eastern Goldfields of WA and was also a semi-finalist in Goldcorp's Red Lake Gold Mine Global Challenge - 2000. Immediately prior to joining Glengarry Resources, Kevin held the position of Principal Geologist at Sons of Gwalia Limited where he was responsible for managing exploration on a number of high priority targets.
